One of the very common health issues in the world is asthma. In fact my mother, sister, and younger brother all have asthma. Base on research and study, asthma is hereditary. Now, for people who have asthma, I have some healthy tips for you to prevent having an attack. The bad thing about asthma although it’s treatable, they are also known as killers. Many people have been reported that died in asthma. Asthma is dangerous in a sense that your airway is obstructed because of inflammation. So, the only way to treat that inflammation is through steroids. There are also some side effects in using steroids. But for asthma patient they have no choice because that is their medication. But aside from medication, there are other things that you can do to prevent the attack.
Avoid Getting To Tired
If you have asthma, your activities are limited because you are not allowed to get too tired because it triggers an attack. So, this means that you are not allowed to engage or join any physical activities that requires you to use a lot of effort that you will end up exhausted like basketball, football, soccer, hockey, and other physical sports.
Avoid Dusty Place
Next, if you have asthma, one of your triggers is dust and pollens. So, if you have asthma, try to avoid dusty places or if you can’t avoid it, try to cover your nose with mask or clean cloth.
Always Bring Your Inhaler
Of course, if you have asthma, you should always have your inhaler with you. Without your inhaler, you will have a hard time treating your asthma in case you have an attack. So, never forget your inhaler wherever you go.
Avoid Food That You Are Allergic To
If you have asthma, you will also have allergies. Allergies would normally trigger asthma attack. So, try to avoid food or anything that you are allergic to. This will prevent asthma attack and it will also save your life.
Avoid Hot/Cold Places
Too hot and too cold places can also trigger asthma attack. So, avoid being in that place or position.
